How to Tender Your Shares

Check Your Securities Account

Confirm which securities company holds your Tiemco shares (7501). If shares are held at multiple brokers, you will need to tender at each.

Contact Your Broker

Contact your securities company (Nomura, Daiwa, SBI Securities, etc.) and inform them you wish to tender your Tiemco shares.

Complete the Tender

Follow your broker's instructions to specify the number of shares and complete the tender. This can be done online or by phone.

Receive Payment

After the offer period ends, if your tender is accepted, the purchase price (¡ê¡è1,500 per share) will be credited to your account.
